The Bharti Gandhi Fellowship is a practical, mission-driven programme for graduates and postgraduates from BBA, MBA, Marketing, Management, Education, Social Work, Mass Communication, and related fields.
Fellows work first-hand with government schools, private schools, colleges, principals, teachers, education officials and local stakeholders — while training in ALfA — Accelerating Learning for All, a groundbreaking pedagogy transforming Foundational Literacy & Numeracy outcomes across India.

GETI — the Global Education & Training Institute — runs the Bharti Gandhi Fellowship in association with City Montessori School, Lucknow, home to the ALfA pedagogy for Accelerating Learning for All. The Fellowship is named in honour of Dr. Bharti Gandhi, who co-founded CMS in 1959 and has spent well over six decades building it into the world's largest school.
Fellows spend six months working directly with schools, teachers and education stakeholders — learning how a literacy mission actually gets built, one school visit and one conversation at a time.
