Education is evolving!

Will your school lead the way—or follow later?

PATH works in every school—from rural government schools to elite urban campuses.

PATH

PATH, powered by ALfA, is not another program. It's a mindset shift. It transforms classrooms into spaces of deep, joyful learning—without needing extra tech, time, or money.

Already implemented in the world's largest school—City Montessori School, Lucknow, and in remote rural schools across India, PATH is showing what's possible when we rethink how children learn.

What Makes PATH Different?

PATH isn't a new textbook or training. It’s a radical shift in what classrooms can be.

  • Learning that's interactive, not passive
  • Students as doers, explainers, and helpers—not just note-takers
  • A structure that builds thinking, confidence, and agency
  • Teachers facilitate growth instead of dictating content

What a PATH Classroom Feels Like

It’s noisy—but with purpose. Every child speaks. Every child listens.

What you'll notice:

  • Kids huddled in pairs, taking turns to explain
  • Quick checks for understanding
  • Peer correction that’s gentle, and empowering
  • Teacher as coach—not content deliverer
  • A space that feels like learning, not just schooling

Why Schools Are Choosing PATH

  • Works in any setting—from under-resourced classrooms to tech-rich campuses
  • No new infrastructure needed—just smarter teaching
  • Dramatically boosts engagement, comprehension, and joy
  • Aligns with the NEP and builds 21st-century skills
  • Lifts learning for every child, not just the top few
  • Simple to implement, with strong teacher support and training

Real Classrooms, Real Results

In one month, our slowest learners were outperforming expectations. And the joy in the classroom—nothing like we’ve seen before.

Our students now learn by doing. They talk, they teach, they lead. PATH has redefined what a classroom means to us.

The Essence of PATH

At the heart of PATH lies a unique integration of key skills and values. We cultivate essential skills such as Collaboration, Communication, Critical Thinking, and Creativity, while simultaneously nurturing values like Character, Citizenship, Climate-Consciousness, and Connectedness. These elements are not taught as separate subjects but are seamlessly woven into everyday classroom learning, following global frameworks like the OECD Learning Compass and India's NEP 2020.

Empowered Teachers, Energized Classrooms

The Path 1+5+4+5 Model offers a range of benefits that directly support teachers in their day-to-day teaching experience. It simplifies lesson planning by providing a clear and structured framework for every session, reducing preparation time. With its built-in routines like daily random pairing and step-by-step learning cycles, classroom management becomes easier and more engaging for students.

Smarter Assessments with Hi Path App

Becomes a tool for growth rather than a stress point. Through this system, teachers and parents receive instant feedback on student progress. The app scans OMR sheets to provide real-time insights, enabling personalized support for each learner without increasing the workload of teachers. This results in less paperwork and more effective, focused teaching.
