A Breakthrough in Education

PATH: Purposeful, Active, Transformative, Holistic Education

A global movement reimagining how children learn. PATH is not a program to plug in, it’s a movement you join.

One that puts children at the center, and makes learning faster, deeper, and filled with joy.

An InvitationWhat is PATH?

PATH is a mindset shift.

It is a process-led transformation of how children learn not just what they learn. It re-imagines the classroom as a space where learning happens peer-to-peer, through doing, questioning, exploring, and reflecting. It moves beyond chalk and talk and into something alive and student-driven.

PATH stands for:

Purposeful Learning
with meaning
Active Classrooms
with voices
Transformative Outcomes
with mastery
Holistic
Growth
with balance

Howis PATH Different?

PATH works because it flips the model.

  • It's beyond books. It relies on a different transaction process of learning, where children learn from each other, not just from the teacher.
  • It's peer-led, not teacher-dictated. Knowledge moves through interaction, not instruction.
  • It's transparent and efficient. When children explain and demonstrate to peers, understanding deepens.
  • It doesn't chase syllabus coverage it ensures concept clarity and real learning.
  • It brings in movement, play, dialogue, and tools to make learning click.

WhyDo We Need PATH?

Because the old model is outdated.

Learning gaps are widening rote learning isn't working.
NEP 2020 is asking us to rethink education for the 21st century.
Research shows peer-led, active classrooms lead to better scores, better retention, and better behaviour.
Most importantly, we need classrooms where children feel seen, heard, and valued.

Whatare the Results?

PATH has been implemented in 35,000+ government schools in India and across 8+ countries. Here's what we’ve seen:

Dramatic improvement in student confidence and participation.
Better academic performance, especially in Math and Language.
Inclusion in action, it works for children who are shy, hyperactive, or need extra support.
Parents notice the difference, and school culture shifts.
Teachers feel re-energised and respected as facilitators, not delivery machines.

Why Does It Work?

PATH isn't a plug-and-play product. It's a guided process.

We train teachers to shift mindset and method.
We provide low-cost learning kits, tools, and lesson frameworks.
We support real-time assessment through the iProgress app.
We build classrooms where children move, talk, think, lead.
We stay with you as partners—on the ground, not just on paper.

Teacher ParentEmpowerment

Teacher prompts on every page act as ongoing training.
Teachers know exactly what to assign for home-stretch. Class activities are stretched, so no tutors are needed.
Prompts bring out teacher creativity.
Over time, teachers grow into experts.

Every action has a result. This is called Cause and Effect. Cause: The reason something happens. (The Cuckoo pecked at the fruit.) Effect: The result of that action. (The Owl woke up annoyed.) The Cuckoo's pecking disturbed the Owl's sleep, so he woke up annoyed.

In Class

  1. Look at the colours on the owl's wings. Each colour links a cause to its effect.
  2. For each colour, read the cause statement on the left and match it to the correct effect on the right. Do not forget to colour the owl's wing with the same colour as the cause.

Home-stretch

Write a few causes in your notebook. The next day, your partner will read them and tell the effect for each one.
Example:
Cause: I forgot my umbrella.
Effect: I got wet in the rain.

Background

  • Launched 2022 after two decades of classroom research by Dr. Sunita Gandhi.
  • Endorsed by Harvard Graduate School of Education, USA.
  • Adopted by CMS Lucknow for 21,000 children after 2 years of pilots, now expanding nationwide.
  • Implemented in 8 countries, showcasing adaptability across diverse contexts.
  • 10,000 government schools actively engaged currently in the program; MOUs for 35,000 across India.

PATH ‐A New Way Forward

Modern Day Education
  • Teacher-Led
  • Teachers Active, Children Passive
  • Content Delivery ≠ Learning
  • Outdated Skills for a New World
PATH: A Clear Alternative
  • Child-Led
  • Active Student Engagement
  • Learning Focus, not Teaching (NEP2020)
  • Aligned with NEP Holistic Vision

Benefits of 1:1 Learning

Equal turns = Equal opportunity. These aren't isolated lessons; they're integrated into how children learn, move, and connect daily.

Everyone’s “in” with random chit draws, and paired learning. When children work in pairs, they develop collaboration and communication.

Creating questions for each other improves critical thinking and creativity. Development of 8C Skills and Traits naturally, not as add-on.

Every activity also nurtures character, citizenship, connectedness, and climate consciousness as part of the learning flow.

4C Skills + 4C Traits
